Booking for VTOC Lecture Room and Pereira Library Resource Centre (Fully Air-Conditioned)

Rental rates

Lecture Room
( 40 Chairs)

RM 100 ( first four hours)
RM 20 ( per additional hour)
 RM 180 ( first 4 hours )
RM 40 ( per additional hour)

Upon confirmation of booking a deposit of half the rental amount is required at least two (2) weeks in advance, failing which the VTOC will cancel the booking

  • White Board
  • Flip Chart

Photocopy:
Photocopying may be done at 10 sen per copy (subject to the proper functioning of the photocopy machine at that point in time). Details re the materials and number of copies is required must be submitted.

  • CD/LD/Karaoke Player
  • Whiteboard

(A further deposit of RM100.00 is required for use of one or more of the above equipment. These are only available pending approval by the relevant persons)

Photocopying
Photocopying may be done at 10 cent per copy (subject to availability of photocopy machine). However, it is recommended that the material and number of copies required be submitted at least 2 days in advance.
